The Mangan vineyard, which is owned and managed by Rick Cullen, is dry farmed and maintained using a biodynamic approach to viticulture. Soils are old, granite and gravely sandy loam, overlaying lateric subsoils. Fruit was picked over three weeks at 10 – 13.8¼ Baume, when it had reached the perfect level of freshness, richness and complexity.

Fresh lemon curd, cut grass and nettle aromas with hints of biscuit and nuts. The palate has a pleasing creamy texture and displays intense lemon and lime citrus fruits with cinnamon spice that are carried to a long finish by a complementary line of natural acidity.
