Grapes are sourced from Murviedro’s 300 hectares of vineyard, and a further 1500 that they control in the surrounding area. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Lifted peach aromas with lemon and floral notes. The palate is bright and fresh with stone fruit and citrus characters, and refreshing acidity on the finish.
Perfect as an aperitif but it also goes great with salads, fish dishes and vegetable paella.
