This easy-drinking rose is an ideal aperitif or summer sipper. Perfect with lighter dishes and salads
Fruit for this Rose comes from selected vineyards in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. The Malbec and Merlot grapes are harvested and destemmed, the juice is then soaked on skins for three hours to extract the pretty pink colour before being pressed. The clarified juice is cool fermented with selected yeast strains to retain the primary varietal characters. The final blend is then stabilised, filtered, and bottled.

Grenache is the dominant grape here, the wine has a pretty nose full of strawberries, cherries and subtle rose petal aromatics.
On the palate it has a lovely savoury tannin profile and crisp drying acid which gives it great length. Not just a pretty face!
