Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs 2005
The Nyetimber manor dates back to the Domesday book so has an impressive heritage and is the name synonymous with putting English sparkling wine on the map.
Nyetimber shares the same soil type as the Champagne region thanks to the ‘chalky seam’ that runs from Champagne, through Chablis, under the Channel and reappears in the South Downs in West Sussex. As a result Nyetimber are perfectly situated for sparkling wine production.
